Decor & Venue Prep (2): Arrange tables, linens, centerpieces, signage, auction tables, and wine station. Lighting Setup (4): Set up string lights, uplights and lanterns. Auction & Registration Setup (1): Bid sheets, check-in desk. Vendor Assistance (2): Band, caterer, wine vendor, ice sculpture load-in & placement. *pending vendor arrival times

4:30-7:00pm Manage check-in stations, name tags, direct guests to tables & reception area, ensure guests set up on silent auction bidding. 7:00-8:00 break for dinner 8:00-9:30pm Run check-out for winning silent auction bids, collect payment, and send guests home with their winning items. NOTE: Must be detail oriented and willing to do training on online tool in advance of the event.
